As part of LSA’s fall 2010 theme semester, What Makes Life Worth Living, we asked professor Christopher Peterson, one of the nation’s top experts in “positive psychology,” to describe some of what his research has taught us about a life well lived.

    I believe one of the key elements to a well lived life is taking risks. If one does not take chances or act on opportunities then they may have regrets later in life. When people have regrets they usually have not lived life to the fullest and may be somewhat unhappy.

    We are here because of Jesus Christ. We live for Him,and through Him. When we do this, our lives become the most fulfilled and happy. It is doubtful that you post this, but you will be blessed if you do.
