  1. Cyril Moscow

    a partner in the corporate and securities law department of Detroit-based Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, has been named in the eleventh edition of The Best Lawyers in America 2005-2006 (Copyright 2004 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC). Moscow has been recognized in every edition since the book was first published in 1983. A resident of Bloomfield Hills, Moscow was listed as a top practitioner in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law, in particular financial institutions and transactions law. Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP leads all Michigan law firms with 48 attorneys listed.

  2. Marsha Luchtman Harrison

    is re-opening her own management consulting firm, Elder Care Management Consultants, PC, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The firm’s focus will be on helping administrators and nurses in assisted living homes implement safe and cost effective quality improvement strategies. She will build on her practical experiences in achieving successful “aging in place’ strategies and high staff retention as Administrator of one 46-bed home through application of quality management concepts.   3. Linda R Cooperstock

    After years of wandering, often successful at experiences in wet bench research, information technology, family medicine research, and market research I have returned “home” to public health. I now hold the public health planner position at the Columbia/Boone County Health Department in Columbia, Missouri.

  4. Stephen Desmond

    1987 BA Communication Studies Dublin City University, has been appointed programme leader for the MA in Video Production & Film Studies at the London College of Music & Media (LCMM). Stephen has been employed by LCMM as senior lecturer in Video Production since September 2001. He has 15 years of teaching experience in a wide range of courses focusing on creative, technical and theoretical approaches to digital video production. Stephen has just completed a short documentary film entitled: Peace or Patriotism – Journalism, War and the Search for Truth. It includes interviews with award winning journalist Martin Bell OBE and peace prize winner Professor Monica McWilliams.   5. Joel S. Adelman

    a partner in the real estate law department and vice-chair of Detroit-based Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, has been named in the eleventh edition of The Best Lawyers in America 2005-2006 (Copyright 2004 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC).
    Adelman, a 1967 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, resides with his family in Birmingham. Adelman has been recognized in the last five published editions as a top practitioner in the area of real estate law.

    has joined the Detroit-based law firm Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP as a partner in the Litigation department in the firm’s Oakland County office. Wolock focuses her practice on domestic relations.
    Prior to joining the firm, Wolock was a partner with Miro Weiner & Kramer, P.C. in Bloomfield Hills. She is admitted to practice in Michigan.

  8. Sadanand V. Deshpande

    is working in the field of Microelectronics at the state-of-the-art development center in East Fishkill, NY for IBM Corporation. “I am managing a diverse group of highly technical and motivated individuals that are interested in application of new materials for development of novel processes in production of high-performance electronic devices,” he reports.

  9. Teresa Grant (nee Somerfield)

    has opened a literary agency, Leona Literary Agency, Inc., in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park where she lives with fellow U of M grad Rob (91 BA Economics) and three little Wolverine fans (Cameron (6), Drew (3) and Michael (1)). She recently announced the release of the young adult novel CLABBERNAPPERS by Len Bailey.
